An all-encompassing performance programme for athletes of all levels and sports looking to improve their physical and mental resilience. Throughout this 3-month programme, the Resilient Athlete Programme will provide athletes with weekly gym and conditioning programmes, educational modules, and mobility work, taking a holistic approach to training with the aim to build a well-rounded athlete ready to take on the demands of heavy training loads.  


The programme will be hosted on the Teambuildr app, where every exercise provided will be accompanied by an instructional video explaining how to perform the exercise and what points you need to focus on. The educational modules will be posted every Monday and will cover topics, such as intentional breathing protocols, sleep hygiene, recovery modalities, etc. Every aspect of the Resilient Athlete Programme is designed to be easily comprehensible and to guide you through every step of the programme.
