What is the Resilient Athlete Programme?

A 3-month long, all-encompassing performance programme for the female athlete, looking to improve their physical and mental resilience. Whether you are an elite athlete getting back in shape to face heavy training loads, a former athlete that wants to get back into the habit of working out, or someone who is not used to working out at all, this programme is designed for everyone of you offering different levels. The programme will include:

 

          Weekly progressive gym and conditioning programmes

          Motivational videos by sport psychologist Julia Eyre

          Weekly Nutrition Tips by nutritionist Jaimee

          Mobility Sessions

          Breathing & Meditation Protocols

This programmes is designed to help women fulfill their mental and physical potential and help empower them to be the best version of themselves... It is designed for all women, no matter their current fitness level!

          

What can you expect?

GYM & CONDITIONING

PROGRAMMES

Five progressive gym and conditioning programmes per week with focuses on strength, power, power speed, and endurance.

NUTRITION MODULES

Weekly nutritional modules, including grocery shop lists and recipes for the athlete created by Nutritionist Jaimee.

MOBILITY SESSION

Every week will include mobility sessions to help improve/restore range of motion and and enhance recovery

MOVEMENT SKILLS

Movement Skills aimed to perfect the basics of acceleration, deceleration, lateral movement, and crossover movement. 

MENTAL TRAINING

One mental training & motivational session included per week with guest contributor Julia Eyre.

MEDITATION & BREATHING SESSIONS

An opportunity to work your way up...

We have three different levels available with increasing intensity levels and length of gym and conditioning sessions.  We recommend that you start out at level one, regardless of what your fitness level is at the moment. This will provide you with a well-rounded foundation to keep building upon. Each level takes 3 months to complete and will not be available after completion unless you purchase the 'Lifetime Access' option.
